In this session, students learned about the scientific method by understanding the periodic table and its history. To simulate this, they constructed their own periodic tables using alien figures to try and find patterns for organization.

Thank you Urja for the amazing class at Coachman Family Center.  Today the kids learned about space travel and the different vehicles through which this is possible. They then used cookies, toothpicks, marshmallows, and frosting to create candy spaceships and rockets! Some build them higher while others were strategic with a simpler design.
